From out of town but best customer service I’ve seen. Even made a call to HQ to get my points squared away. Lots of cool stuff in store.
Went here recently to fix a issue with my Internet cable. Watched several videos on YouTube. Was pretty sure I knew the part I needed. Asked the customer service representative where I could find parts like that and they showed me the section. They were very polite and respectful. The store was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the guy ask me what I was doing and I explained and he talked me out of buying what I needed and insisted I get something similar. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They lent me a seed spreader (store has loaners) that saved me fifty dollars.
