Horrendous customer experience with manager on duty Nick. Refused coupons from another store within the chain, the fact that I had the rewards to spend should of told him how much I spend with the company. Could of won over a new customer instead of alienating one. When I slid three of my four items aside one fell off the counter, I was told that I did not need to shop there if I do that again, it fell, I did not throw it. Will never, ever be back. Ever.
Worst hardware store in the area!
Not from the area but was doing a plumbing repair just down the street. Not only did they have every thing I needed but the two young gentleman at the counter were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will most definitely be back next time I have a job in the area!
Excellent selection.. Great prices.. Wonderful service.. Can't get this kind of service in a big box store!!!
