Normally, I am impressed with staff, products, and service at this store. However, last night my son entered the store 5 minutes before close and approached staff member for assistance with tracking down several items for class project needed next day. Was told: "Too bad - we're getting ready to close." A real lapse in usual great customer service....

Cary what others won't Thaks for carying a good selection of Furnace Ignitors. No other hardware store or box store seems to cary these. The ignitor always seems to go out when specialized furnace stores are closed. You saved a family of 5 from an uncomfortable night.
Good service Excellent service. Friendly staff. Helped me select the right sump pump and had it installed at a reasonable price.
