The associates are always very helpful. They go that extra mile to make sure we find what we need and offer suggestions that are actually helpful. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to walk us through steps to make sure our projects will be smooth sailing. I can’t say enough nice things about this ACE hardware. I used to love that store and some of the old-timers that work there are great but the last few times I've actually walked out, even leaving stuff on the register counter because the employees they hire to work the cashier area have become worse and worse. It's too bad because I always find stuff cheaper at Home Depot but preferred the service at Ace now it's completely reversed. Oh well. Nothing stays the same.
