What a real shame. Thanks for making pet vaccinations more difficult for the residents of Goodyear. While we were waiting, we would explore the store and spend. Won't be coming back to ACE any time soon.
Disappointed to hear that Shot Spot vaccinations is no longer welcome at your location.
I used to drive out of my way to shop here. I was just notified that they are no longer willing to help the community by allowing Shot Spot Vaccinations to hold clinics there. Mind you these clinics were held once a month to every 5 weeks. The reason given was that the pets create a problem on the weekends. So now the community in the west valley will not be able to get low cost per vaccines. Shame on you! You've lost my business and my family's business.
Cashiers were bad mouthing another customer while ringing people up. Planters were on sale 3/$10, they can't figure out how to get the price to ring correctly. Manager too busy to assist. Its hard to support a local store with customer service this poor.
Already loved my Goodyear Ace, but today I locked my keys in my car and Kent came to the rescue and went above and beyond to free my car keys that were laying on the front seat! Thank you all so much!!
