I go here when as a novice I don't know how to do something around the house. Their knowledgeable floor staff explain what I need to do and what tools would help. I needed several screen doors rescreened so they demonstrated to me how to remove the screen doors first, then explained their rescreening service. I walked in one night, nobody in sight, the one cashier did not even acknowledge me because she was on her phone. When i FINALLY found someone, i asked my question and they said, "oh, uh i don't know, check 17," and returned to the back and was never seen again. After looking for my stuff for about 10 minutes on my own i finally found it and went to check out.
