This place is disgusting! Everytime my Latino husband goes in there they treat him like a criminal! Today he went to get wood for our daughters bed, and they treated him like a thief. He had wood cut, and they thought we he was trying to steal! With the wood he brought in broken to Meaure! Do better Windsor! The people that are work here are so rude!
Just moved and so I've had to pick up all kinds of random hardware items and try to fix various home repairs or home projects - the people here have consistently been very helpful and knowledgeable, and have gone out of their way to find the right information or tool. Yes, they are a little more expensive here than the big box stores, but you're paying for a higher quality of employee and service. You get what you pay for!
We love our local Windsor Ace Hardware!! The employees are always kind and helpful!
The staff is always incredibly friendly, and they always ask if I need help.
