Customer service has been excellent every time I've gone in but this last time (Saturday, Nov. 18th, 2017) was way above a 5 star rating. I needed a special order chain for my chainsaw carving bar and had a lot of orders to do. Mike, who works there and is a beginning chainsaw carver, was allowed to run home and get one he just bought there, for the same chainsaw carving set up, and sold me his since I live in Columbus and he could wait to get one. You guys are awesome!
