Advertised as saw sharpening service. Brought in a Hindered saw for sharpening. Was required to remove the chain as only Stihl saws are allowed in the store. Walter, grow up.
Judy was so helpful today in helping me find hardware options, taking me several locations to look at different things to suit my needs. I would’ve loved to tell the cashier Renee about it but wasn’t greeted or spoken to only to be told my total. Disappointed there wasn’t a thank you to end our interaction either. I will continue to shop here and employees like Judy need recognition. Cashiers are the first and last faces you see. Customer service IS a hello and thank you! 😊
Thank you for your support in 4H ... purchasing Amelia’s Angus steer at Stillwater county fair sale. Bob was a great first year project for Amelia and although she’s a bit tearful she’s pretty proud of her accomplishment as are we! Thank you!!Brian, Jennifer, Amelia.

The customer service is bad as are their payment requirements. I will never go back.
