So we purchased a Christmas tree and after it dropped we noticed it had a lot of open spaces. The guys at Ace let us exchange for a nicer tree. Thank you Sean at Ace for making our Christmas better!

We have the best service in town!! We are right there to help any gest with a reasonable and educated solution to most if not all problems that walk through our doors. We have thousands of items in store and if its not in stock we can order thousands more!! Stop in and see us for all you needs.!
They processed a transaction for an item I asked them to cancel. No effort was made to inform me that they would continue to process the sale after I left. They didn't return the money to my account until I later returned and asked them if they had actually can eked the sale, which they didn't until my return. It is my understanding that this was an illegal charge to my account as I never agreed to pay them.
