This place is completely ignorant and what they are doing is so ridiculous. They are only allowing one person per vehicle in the store. My girlfriend and I are trying to decide on paint samples and we can’t even do that. I will NEVER shop at this or any other Ace Hardware ever again. You disappoint me

I went in to get a key made for my 5th wheel. When I was in AZ they could not find the right blank. Here in Laramie they were able to find a blank to match my key and they also have the computer to check after key is cut to ensure it’s a perfect match. The people here at ace are great and worked hard to make sure the key would work. Thanks guys when I got back to campground the key work great 👍👍👍
They have great service and always help me find what I need.
The whole crew at Ace are hands down, simply amazing. Extremely knowledgeable of products that they sale. Staff members are super friendly. They make you feel welcome.

HI Robert, Thank you for your feedback! ACE Hardware is a CO-OP and each store is independently owned and operated. There is no ban of any kind issued by the corporate offices and all stores are selling products to all customers.
