Damaged my brand new trailer and won’t admit fault. My previous home I had a video of them throwing the garbage container to my house and chipping paint. They gave me a month free garbage. At my new home I don’t have a camera out there. They just said we understand if you don’t want our garbage service. And that was it. They really don’t care.
They said they picked up our garbage. We have them on ring stopping and not even picking up the garbage. Glad we pay for services they aren’t providing. We will be switching and do NOT recommend them

The absolute best company with customer service that can’t be beat. They truly care about each and every customer which seems to be so hard to find these days. We’ve been trash/recycling customers for a few months and have had no problems but today was the cherry on top when they delivered a yard waste cart after 5 to our front door AND picked up a few sticks in our lawn to place in there along the way. They just found a customer for life. Thanks, Ace!
