We called Ace after our spring broke. We have a Wayne Dalton system where the spring is inside a tube. Danny was able to switch us out to a regular torsion spring system. He came right away on a Saturday and gave us an extremely fair price to complete the repair. He also serviced our door while he was here. Our door has never been this quiet! Danny was prompt, professional and fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone needing garage door repairs.
Danny was a true professional. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He discussed the different services he could offer while applying no pressure for an upsell. He made sure our garage door was operating like it was brand new. I definitely recommend this company.
We had a commercial project with four parking garage doors and they did a great job for us.
Daniel was my service technician and he provided excellent service. After the first visit my door still would not respond to the remotes so he was able to replace my unit within one day.
