Mr. Rivit arrived as scheduled and understood exactly what my goals were for the house. We did a full tour and he is truly extremely knowledgeable about re-fitting for handicapped elders, which is the purpose of the construction. In mid 2010 we will be doing everything from moving walls to create ramps to blowing out vents for greener air and heating. Gary was a very good guy to work with. He didn't over promise and under deliver. When he said they were going to work--they worked. The folks he works with were very good, considerate and performed well. We will be using him and his team for future projects after we "refill" the bank account.

Gary was great to work with. Even last minute changes were handled professionally. His work is superb would highly recomend him!!
