Google searched for an outdoor furniture sectional and found AE Outdoor. Emailed customer service about the Bradford 8 piece sectional, and received a response from David B***, Customer Service Supervisor for Ace Evert. He said they had only one remaining Bradford sectional in their warehouse, and if I wanted it, he would throw in a free cover. I ordered it on 12/20/2019 on the AE Outdoor web site, Ace Evert shipped that same day, and it arrived in perfect condition here in Oklahoma on 12/30/2019. I just wish I could buy ano... read more

I purchased a 10 patio furniture set through Costco.com and was advised it shipped on 7/7/17. I followed up several times with Costco and they were no help. I spoke with a very nice Ace Evert employee who basically told me this order was shipping from their Atlanta Warehouse but has no idea why it didn't ship. The order would need to be reentered, I would need to wait another 2 weeks to receive it. Costco is so picky about the vendors they use and I'm surprised they they have allowed this poor service.
