Fast, polite, efficient. Most pain was just bee-sting like feeling when shot was put in mouth, it took effect quickly and did not experience any pain during procedure. Sore after but alleviated with Tylenol. Double check all your insurance ahead of time. No HMO supplemental dental policies taken. Double check payment options, like credit card 3% charge vs no additional charge for debit, no checks, etc…. Bailey was caring. Michelle was efficient. Amber was kind and she did call to confirm all was well the day after.
I had a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, Michelle at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and easy. Lulu, the dental assistant, was amazing—super kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Amber was also wonderful and very helpful throughout my visit. The whole team worked together to make the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how nice and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend this office
Such a wonderful experience at ACE! Love Amber and Michelle who are so kind and made me feel welcome and relaxed! Dorian took such amazing care of me! Dr Gautam is so great and funny! I did not feel any pain at all! Highly recommend this place!
