Good people an excellent place
As a truck driver, I often find myself waiting for extended periods at this location. My last visit required a wait of 4-5 hours, during which I had to advocate for my unloading. Additionally, I’ve encountered unprofessional attitudes from staff on several occasions. It’s crucial that we recognize the humanity in this industry; we all have lives and responsibilities outside of work. Arrived about 45 minutes late of my appointment there's a guy that drives around in a gold cart who checks your in got me to a door right away was in and out within a hour they were behind schedule but I guess they really wanted my stuff especially considering I was running behind I called in advance as well letting them know could have been partly contributing to me getting a door right away not sure
