This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Norm came to our new house to unclog a toilet and ended up leaving a huge (unsanitary) mess in the bathroom and also didn't mention an eruption of water from the toilet which ended up leaking into my basement and stained a huge area of carpeting and my couch (again unsanitary).
