The electrician caused significant damage to our home and was unapologetic. They tore out a wall, drilled 3 holes through the floor, pounded away on our ductwork - tearing a big hole in it, and then suggested removing our basement ceiling when i made obvious measurements that showed they could never get their wire through that area (I had to suggest an easy solution). there was a lot of other work done on this job. the home owner said he was happy about the work that was done. i have been in business for along time and when you complete work a peoples house and they are not satisfied they let you no. i was not informed of any problem he had on the job. he was satisfied with all the work and if there was a problem we would took care of it then .wires were check at switch and at ceiling fan there was power and the fan was making noise and spinning slowly and the home owner was informed that... read more
The tech, Jeff arrived on time, very polite and discovered the problem right away. Was charged for the service cost as estimated.Took only about 15min but considering it Saturday and the distance traveled, cost was justified.
