They came back to fix the work and did a great job, and the price was reasonable.
Not impressed but average. Charged an extra $50 just to move a light less than a foot, which I think it was unreasonable due to they have not started the work when I ask. Frank and his helper did a great job and were very professional.
The Electrical Work was just right, the man did a Great Job, I would hire them back anytime.
Good result. If you want something done a particular way for cosmetic purposes you need to make very sure that you communicate exactly and that you are both on the same page. Easy to work with.
This is the second time I hired Ace - first experience was top-notch, this one just slightly less so. Work was done on time, only $5 over estimate and done well. Unfortunately, Alan, the owner, was not present at the job site this time and directed his crew telephonically on how to prepare the bill. My concern is that the itemized bill listed material cost at $75 while Home Depot shows same for under $15 and even Alan conceded should have only been about $25. On time, experienced, performed task as expected and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend to others.
I liked that the contractor came to give me an estimate. All other contractors asked me questions then provided and estimate without accessing the problem.
Alan's customer service is remarkable. We'll definitely keep Ace Electrics phone number close by for our next electrical project.
They were very professional, on time, completed the job quickly and left my place clean.
