Gave me a great deal on replacing my back passenger window, after my car was vandalized. Great customer service.
Very unprofessional costumer service. I tried to get a glass replaced at my house, for three days they kept telling me they were going; they never showed up. I talked with Drew and Rayan was supposed to do the job. They said something happened with Rayan's son exactly at the time he had the appointment. Nasty company.
These guys are great! Busted windshield fixed in less than an hour, Robert looked up and found me new headlights that I could order. I went back for my side mirror replacement-It was installed in 10 minutes!!

I was about to leave to go out of town yesterday morning, but when I got to my car, my windshield had been busted in. I called Ace and said I needed it repaired asap. He said I can get you in within the hour. When I pulled up, the guys were waiting on me. They had my windshield fixed and I was back on the road in probably an hour. These guys have been my glass folks for years. I recently got a new windshield for my truck. A few days later when the sun finally came out I noticed that it looked really dirty. I cleaned and cleaned but it wasn't getting any better. I called ACE up and they said bring it in. Apparently it was a defective window from the factory. They replaced it pronto with no questions asked. Thanks for taking care of me. You have all of my glass business forever.
Don't ever go to this place. It has the worst customer service and incompetent people to do business with. Poorly run, poorly managed and most of all poorly owned. I have a rental property that needed a window replaced, and I called these guys. I was told the window had to be ordered and would be in my the following week.
