We went with Richard, the owner of ACE because he was one of the few firms that picked up his phone, Richard seems like a nice person. This is probably the only good thing about using Richard, He was accessible. But once you got a hold of him, he didn’t deliver on his contracted items. My husband and I met with ACE Design and Drafting (ACE) in August 2023 to review the drawings we had prepared and conduct an interview regarding skills, experience, and process in preparing the plans. As a result of the interview, in August 2023 we entered into an agreement for ACE to prepare building ready plans for our project. The estimate to complete the plans was 3 months. I normally do not submit reviews for services we have utilized; however, as the excitement of designing our home was overshadowed by Richard’s rudeness, unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and experience, my husband and I do not want anyone else to experience what we did in what should be an exciting time.
