I had thee most wonderful experience here. Just like previous reviews, starting from walking in , front desk , nurses, and Doctor. Extremely Warm, Kind and Knowledgeable. Explaining step by step procedures and a knack for listening as well. Being from New York, I am used to the fast pace ,in/out & lack of customer service. This was not the case. Best dental experience I have ever had, and I mean that! No exaggerations, the team is just the best. Starting from the Front desk to the back office they are all so friendly and that helps calm the nerves in a dental office. I have good reasons to give this review! First day I went there, I was re-assured after consultation that the dental procedures needed won't hurt and that the Dentist Karanvir Sibia is very good. RecommendedFirst time patient today in need of an emergency root canal. I could not have been put more at ease at this place. Every person on the Ace dental staff clearly has the patients needs in mind. The procedure was absolutely painless, and they were able to treat me right when I arrived. Very wonderful people! My father in law lost everything in the paradise fire and had an emergency abscess and no insurance..... the receptionist and dentist saw his ID with address in paradise...... NO CHARGE! My husband and I will be switching to this dentist. He called Saturday late morning and they got him in at 4pm..... he enjoyed the staff very much . Great service. First time today at Ace Dental. Loved this place. Dr. Sibia was gentle and staff was friendly. They did a leave on fluoride treatment after my cleaning and my teeth feel great. So happy I made the change to this dental practice!
I recently became a new patient. I have only been there a couple of times but I feel comfortable as if I have been going there for years. I am very confident in Dr. Sibia’s work. He is very thorough and let’s you know exactly what to expect. Dr. Sibia, the assistants and the front desk staff are amazing! I highly recommend this office!
