I had thee most wonderful experience here. Just like previous reviews, starting from walking in , front desk , nurses, and Doctor. Extremely Warm, Kind and Knowledgeable. Explaining step by step procedures and a knack for listening as well. Being from New York, I am used to the fast pace ,in/out & lack of customer service. This was not the case. Best dental experience I have ever had, and I mean that! No exaggerations, the team is just the best. Starting from the Front desk to the back office they are all so friendly and that helps calm the nerves in a dental office. The Doctor is awesome, he explains every step of the procedures and prepares you mentally so nothing catches you unaware. My experience was painless and fast! I have good reasons to give this review! First day I went there, I was re-assured after consultation that the dental procedures needed won't hurt and that the Dentist Karanvir Sibia is very good.
