The front desk staff for this location are very professional and nice, but both times I have dropped off a dresses for Alterations, it has not gone smoothly. The first time the dress was not taken in enough and I had to come back two hours later after they fixed it because I needed back that day. The second time was my worst experience. I dropped off a simple crepe dress to be taken in 2 weeks before I needed it, they said they would have it done by 04/29. It takes a lot for me to do reviews, however this place was a life saver! I had a last min suit disaster for my wedding and had to order an alternate suit just in case the “fix” didn’t work!! I hated the way the suit fit so I brought it to them. My biggest pet peeve is setting an appointment and still having to wait… that didn’t happen they open at 9 my appointment was 9:15. I had an amazing experience at Ace Tailors! I came in this morning with a small tear in my pleated dress and was in a rush for a wedding that I needed to leave for later that day. The woman helping me was so kind and fixed it in less than 5 minutes!!! The dress has a striped pattern and I couldn’t even tell where the damage had been. She didn’t charge me for the small fix either, which was INCREDIBLY generous. The shop had a fun, cheerful vibe with great music and friendly people. Highly recommend!

Great, personable service. They were able to reconstruct my trousers and sort my waistcoat too. This was Scottish formalwear which I was nervous about having tailored in the US but Ace were recommended by a colleague and they did a great job.
