Their team arrived early Monday, installed two front-load units side by side, routed the drain lines cleanly behind the baseboards, and calibrated the OPL controls so my staff can trigger the sanitizing cycle with one touch. While the installers were here they also tightened a loose hose on our old dryer at no charge. The new machines finish a load in twenty-six minutes, so sheets get back on exam tables before the next appointments start. Glad I called them.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Here’s a list of issues that have NEVER been resolved nor have we (multiple tenants) received a call back on: 1. They do not schedule a “coin pick up”. There will wait until the units are jammed with so much change that they don’t work. We have to call them to remind them to pick up their money. 2. Once they do pick up their money or provide maintenance, they don’t return calls or leave a note to let tenants know it’s fixed. 3. Horrible management. So many issues with this company
Ace installed one used dryer and one defective washer. Both were filthy inside. The installers left dirt and refuse. The app did not work as it incorrectly showed the machine was in use, therefore we did not have access to the funds we loaded. Requested ACE repair the defective washer multiple times to no avail. The quality of the installation reflects a poor work ethic. If you need on time quality service and products, I suggest searching elsewhere.
TENANTS: YOU DON'T WANT ACE IN YOU LAUNDRY ROOM. With the installation of Ace machines, the cost per load increased 275%. An ACE supplied washer has 50 percent of the capacity of the previous washer at a 75 percent increased cost. As it now requires 2 loads for every one prior to ACE, the cost of washing and drying the same amount is now 275 percent higher.
