Very cool spot! We had a great party upstairs - services were outstanding!
I went for the truck /jeep meet and that was a great time. We went in to eat, and the waitress seemed to ignore us more than wait on us. It took me yelling her name and when she turned, she looked at us and still walked away. She didn't get my order right, could never seem to ever get us a drink refill, and at the end gave the wrong bills to the wrong people. Her name may have been Tinsle, but she was anything but cheery. Definitely will be back for the various events..but won't eat there. Sad too, the menu looked great!
The atmosphere at Ace Cafe is very welcoming and they have a very innovative concept. As a tourist from Boston, I love to explore new cities and their restaurants and although I'm not a car/motorcycle enthusiast, the restaurant was a great catalyst to learn something new in the upstairs gallery, their daily events and well as their delicious food. Ace Cafe should have been on International Drive. Last time I paid 5 bucks for a reg. drift was maybe Disney or some tourist place. Service: did not exist, Food: forget it, restrooms: watch your step. I guess my overall experience was poor, but I only speak for myself, try it out you may like it. Know I would not take a out of town date to Ace Cafe unless alot of changes were made, but I really don't see that happening. Entertainment was excellent the night I was there; ran out of the beer of my choice by 11 PM on a Friday n... read more
I've visited this place at least once a week since it opened. Absolutly love it. Great atmosphere, awesome food, and super cool events. The bread pudding is out of this world. Each time its a different experience. Most times food and drinks came out in a timely manner. One time it was a mess. We waited 30 minutes for someone to help us. This would normally ruin my time. But the manager came by to check on us. As soon as he realized we hadn't been help, he had someone over to us in less than a minute. The manager offered us f... read more
