Folks, refrain from dealing with Bill Zhu at all cost. Worst customer service ever. Never returned phone calls. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and definitely no integrity. He's got no respect for his clients & their time. All he does is lie & he'd ever give u ur quote! If there's a choice to give zero star, i'd do so with no doubt in my mind. Consider urself warned!
