Mike is a nice guy and certainly has high quality vehicles. My biggest issue is that there is no negotiating and no coming down on price of vehicle or paperwork fees. Why? In the end, I had to walk away from purchase because of absolute inability to budge.

I called this location before taking a ride there to make sure the 2012 Cruze (Silver) was still available. They advised it was sold. That's odd because continuing my search the same car is still listed but now for 4K higher!

This vehicle was already sold when I contacted Ace. But I did end up buying another car from them. They were very helpful seemed very honest and had a great selection of cars to choose from.

I got my reply on my e-mail, they offered free 3 month power train warranty and financing so I called them. They are very nice people to deal with. The place is far away from my location but was worth the drive. I got the car I want and it drives like a new one.
