Recently I had a car totaled and although there was no body work done on it Kraut, John, and Sonia were The Best. They guided me through the process with my insurance company from beginning to end. Had a great overall experience. John and Sonya went above and beyond to help me get my insurance/rental car straightened out. Everyone at the shop was friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back there in the future if I need a body shop again.
Ace Auto Body and their team are absolute rockstars. I worked with John on repairing my car that had excessive damages. I pulled up to the shop earlier today to pick up my car and it was as if the car they had ready for me was BRAND NEW! I can't even begin to tell you how excellent Jon's communication is with all of his clients - every time I reached out for an update, he was there to fill me in on each phase of the process while they took care of my baby.
