This company was awful. They came to my home told me my dryer was fixed. One hour later I called back and they never returned my call to let them know my dryer still was broken. I called my insurance company and they called them and told them my vent was to long???? I’ve had the dryer for 10 plus years in the same spot and I had it fixed last year????? Awful customer service. Awful. I find every social media on them and leave the same review.
Where do I even start. This business, and I use that term extremely lightly, is a joke. No return phone calls, finally got a hold of them to set up an appointment( My home warranty made me use them), Monday 1-5. They said call the day of for a more accurate time. I called that morning, the woman on the phone was rude, acted like I was ruining her life by daring to call and get some info. "Why would I know, I don't know what time he will be there. Your appointment was between one and five my technician arrived at your home at 1:37 you received a 20-minute heads up through dispatch which is an app through your warranty company it is all documented if you need to see everything I can show you. You get a window like everybody else so for future reference if you want something fixed be there during your window. Thank you and have a great day
