RecommendedOur fridge needed some work so they were assigned to us through AHS. we were really happy with Ace and the owner Joe. they did a great job and we'll recommend them in the future.
Filed a claim with AHS and was promptly contacted by Ace Appliance. First guy was on time and knew exactly what our issue was and said he had to order parts. Received a call to schedule parts install. Second guy was prompt and quick. He cleaned up the work area and explained what caused the problem and what he did to fix it. Great service. Thank you Ace Appliance Repair!!
Theses guys did a great job installing a gas cooktop. It was hard to find someone to do the job and our home warranty set us up with them. Competent and experienced- thank you!
This company screwed us - senior citizens- a disabled Vietnam Veteran - no less - at a time when we are struggling to recover from a catastrophic event , a double hip replacement and a life threatening health crisis . ACE has been unresponsive - not answering the phone, not retuning my call , not getting back to me on messenger here. Stay tuned for more details if they do not get back to me.
They came to install a new oven through HSA and was supposed to leave the old oven as per our choice not to pay the extra $50 to have it disposed of. When the new oven wouldn’t fit they refused to leave the old oven and left the new oven sitting in the living room. They told us that they would fix the old oven and sell it. HSA contacted them and they told HSA that they already disposed of the old oven. Horrible technicians, ignorant and condescending. Avoid them at all costs!!!
I have been trying to reach them to make an appointment for a month now to get my fridge fixed. my warranty company mandates I use them. I have received no return calls. so very unprofessional. based on the feedback I now see here I wish I would have thought to do this sooner.
I had an incredibly bad experience with then when the home warranty company sent them to our house. Their feedback to the warranty company was incorrect, and it took months of phone calls to undo their misdiagnosis. I would steer clear of this business, and quite frankly any home warranty company that uses them.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE customer service they don’t return calls and they don’t keep their word!
