We are SO grateful for the Ace Animal Hospital team! Everyone on the team and Dr. Jairath were very helpful and kind. We have a reactive and fear aggressive German Shepard mix that needed neutering. The Ace team was able to support our dog in getting the best treatment and walking us along the process as this was our first time getting a dog neutered. I'm super surprised by the amount of bad reviews. I brought my cat here as an emergency case and maybe it was right time right team, but they quite literally saved my pet's life. I am eternally grateful for how they took care of my family and my cat.
If you’re looking for a vet that is greedy and won’t help you unless you pay an annual exam fee when your pet is not due for one, this is the place for you. The girl that answered the phone was obviously incompetent to see the date I was there previously. Refused to refill basic flea meds. Would not recommend this place.
On the weekend of June 5th, I brought in a stray cat as I noticed it was injured, swollen under the chin and in obvious pain. From the moment I called the team was friendly and honestly, they treated me like family (always! not just today) On this day Dr. Singh examined the cat and explained that she had an infected abscess that needed surgery and that it would also be a good opportunity to spay her while she was already under anesthesia.
