Good Product My experience with Ace was not as bad as all the reviews online have trended. I ordered a custom multicade unit from Ace. This is a very laid back company and the owner can be less responsive than you would expect but when push came to shove they delivered. They missed the original estimated delivery date by a month but that was fine by me. I was more concerned that I was delivered a functional custom unit to my liking. My experience with Ace was not as bad as all the reviews online have trended. I ordered a custom multicade unit from Ace. When I say custom I was only interested in 32 classic games from the 70's and 80's. I was not interested in 350+ games of titles I could care less about. I had reached out to various vendors prior to finding Ace to see if they could provide me with only the games I wanted. No one could except Ace. Ace came through like a champ. Steve McCollum and Ace Amusements are the epitome of a dishonest business. Read the reviews, read the comments, it all ads up to one thing. The court of public opinion is finally catching up to this guy. HE sold me a machine that didn't work after 1 year. He then offered to upgrade the machine, and then scammed me out of $395 additional - so I am out $2900. Well, he picked on the wrong hombre, this fight has just begun. After 14 months of waiting for what I ordered had to contact bbb just to get the owner to call me. Then asked for my money back and he told me he already spent it. So I had the credit card company do a Charge back. When the owner found out he acted surprised. That someone who paid in full for a product that was to be delivered with in 3 months would do this. The owner will blame everything that happens on everyone but himself. He takes no responsibility for anything. The business has an F rating from the BBB for a reason. Any complaint you see, including the website, the owner will have a long drawn out excuse for why he is correct & the customer is wrong. Don't waste your money with this company. It's been 23 weeks and I'm still waiting on my machine I was supposed to have by 12.

Horrible customer service. After he takes your money, he does not respond to phone calls or emails. Quoted 3 months to deliver our video games and took much much longer. Read the small print on his website, Steve McCollum of Ace Amusements does not allow refunds and does not stand behind his work!!! Read his BBB rating, at this time it is "C".
