We have used Ace for years. For some reason this year they can't make an appointment, can't return a call and can't show up. I gave them a second chance because of their previously good record and customer service. We took the morning off because the guy was supposed to be here at 7 and he didn't show up and no one called us. I called them and they said he was out sick. I called multiple times in a 5 month period regarding water leak in the ceiling. They came out in February 2020 and said everything was fine and that the line was clear and to keep and eye out for any problems. On May 26, I called and asked them to send someone ASAP and that the carpet in my daughters room (which was newly installed in February) was soaked in water.
