Second Update: Recommended Ace again to a commercial customer and they saved the company around 10,000 by diagnosing a minor repair and recharge. They were also very reasonable in their rates for this repair. Glad these guys are around when the other companies always say "You need to replace your unit." Highly recommend. I have been using Ace A/C for years and have never seen another company of any kind of work that is better than ACE.
