I’ve never met a company so unprofessional! I have been back and forth with them over the phone for several weeks now trying to help my grandparents. They have used them before in the past and I am glad that I was able to end that. They left my grandparents with no a.c for a week ! Do yourself a favor and use another of the many HVAC contractors in the area. Ace and A clearly does not do a thorough job and has charged us many thousands of dollars for two HVAC systems that they installed in our house over a period of years, only to tell us, now, that we need more than $5,000 of changes to our ductwork in order for those systems to work properly—even though we’ve had the exact same ductwork in place since before they started working on our house.
