Fast results and outstanding customer service
Do not go here!!! They lie about when they will have results ready. I missed my flight due to their lies. Incompetent staff and awful service. If there was a way to leave less than a one star I would.
Do not go there to get tested. I took my son to this location on 1/4 and still do not have results 6 days later. I called and/or emailed them every day since 1/6. Today, I called again. They promised to call me back by noon to give me an update. At 1, no one called me, so I called back. Their response was the lab has over 3,000 samples and does not know when they'll get to your son's swab. We do not have any other updates. Was told there was no line at this facility so I decided to try it for my son. It took a long time to find the suite and once I did, I saw that there were three ladies standing there waiting for customers. There were no signs indicating what to do however so I parked the car and walked up. They watched me doing this and then one of the ladies said, you need to drive up.
