I would like to thank Accutemp for the excellent service we received in the installation of our new Heat Pump System. The first crew did a great job of removing our old oil furnace along with our old oil tank. I was amazed at the short time it took for them to drain the oil tank and remove along with old furnace. We had Accutemp install a heat pump in our home last spring based on a recommendation from friends who had used the company. They did an amazing job for us and the heat pump has worked well since installation. We highly recommend them as an installer and to maintain the system once installed.
We had AccuTemp recently do the annual service on out Samsung heat pump. While doing that, the technician (Heather) diagnosed a loud noise coming from the blower motor, and made arrangements to have that motor replaced under warranty. That repair was done within 1 week. We are extremely pleased with the response and repair performed by Heather. She was prompt and efficient and we are very impressed. We can heartily recommend AccuTemp to our friends and family.
