Annual service. I gave a 4 for customer service as the technician called the tenant to let her know they were out sick the day of the appt but no-one from accutemp contacted myself or the tenant to re-schedule until I e-mailed them. The tenant stated "the technician was efficient and put everything back the way he found it before he left". I will use them again.
My technician Troy was on time and professional. Courteous and also showed up with his own set of booties to not dirty my floors!!! He diagnosed the problem and didn't leave until the work was complete and their was heat to my room. Definitely recommended and will call again for any future HVAC needs!

So far we've had trouble getting together for the replacement item during the week. First it was the snow, now it's scheduling.

Called last night on an emergent basis to get our heat pump fixed. Matthew arrive at 10 pm and worked for about 90 minutes to diagnose problems and replace needed parts. He was efficient, professional and explained everything that he was doing. Took care of the problem quickly. The fee charged was fair in light of the time, effort and parts required and the fact that he left our house almost at midnight. Would highly recommend.
