The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The location of my condenser unit is difficult to reach on the back wall between the 2nd and 3rd floor. The technician reached to the condenser and fixed it very fast with appropriate safety measures and tools. A few others from other companies came and all of them said that they cannot reach to the condenser safely (one of them even charged me for just coming and saying that he cannot reach to the condenser even tough I provided picture and video of the location of the... read more
The service was prompt, and Mike, the technician was courteous and professional. He explained our radiant heating system to me as he went along with his work. He was able to restore the heat without difficulty.
Phil and Nate, the technicians were the best; they were professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. They kept us informed every step of the way, and even did a walk through at the end of the job so that we understood how to use the new system. The two days that they were working in the attic averaged 100 degrees; their hard work is greatly appreciated!

These guys are pros. Professional, affable and cost effective.
I agreed to pay the overtime rate to have someone come the same day I called. Then they called back to say their supervisor Damon Fish would come to my home between 1-3 PM and they would not charge the overtime rate. He called 25 minutes before arrival, found the problem and had my system up and running. Great people in this company and always answer the phone. I would highly recommend this company. 110% service
