What a scam! After months of delays in getting the results, I was told my device was defective and to request a replacement. It took another month to get a response saying I will receive a new kit within a week. Almost a month has passed and nothing. So far I have paid for absolutely nothing.
I purchased a radon test and called the telephone number provided. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, she informed me the "directions were outdated and all I needed to do was record the time the test was placed." I thought, simple enough so proceeded with the test as per the instructions. I mailed it in, and didn't hear anything in over a week.
