In my opinion: Subpar service. Guy gave misinformation about several issues that actually did not have issues (lucky me). He also missed clear evidence of a water leak in the attic (bubbling, discoloration, etc.) and so when it rained it leaked right in that spot. Told him about something that needed to be inspected at the end of the inspection and he basically said, "Since I did not know about it, it won't be inspected fully/properly."
