I had the worst experience with this company as their verification involved using a database and they were unable to verify my employment dates any other way which raised flags for my potential employer. I will not recommend them at all. I provided them with the company structure for the corporation that I worked for and still their verification was not accurate, and they claimed they verified via database or some.
This review is for CJ in the Drug and Occupational dept. I have dealt with CJ on two separate occasions and I can truthfully say she has definitely made my day. She is polite, professional, and intelligent. She helped me navigate to the correct location with a minimum of fuss. I wish all my dealings went so smoothly.
Ran a background check; not the correct person; always get hung up on when calling to dispute. Incompetent all around.
