We had our furnace, hot water tank, humidifier and thermostat changed. Jake from sales was very professional and helpful when going through our options. The crew of service techs Aaron, Josh, Delraj and Rahul were extremely professional. They all took the time to ensure our floors were protected and did an amazing job at installation and reorganizing the layout of our furnace room. Any questions we have had have been answered in quick time. Awesome job crew; thanks for all your hard work😃

Had a furnace emergency this week when an Enbridge technician arrived to followup on a B Tag warning I received and didn't understand. He was instructed to shut off my gas on a night when the weather forecast was for -17 degrees! They granted me a 2 day extension. Called AccuServ and Amanda W scheduled a service call for the next day. Ashok H and Delraj S arrived promptly and clearly explained the reason for the warning and the resolution required. Amazing service from these two guys. They took the time, off hours, when I was available to make sure my hot water was back as soon as possible. Very easy to talk to and polite. One day it was a little wet outside and Aaron had the courtesy to leave his shoes outside as to not dirty our entrance way.

Three servicemen from Accuserve came on scheduled time and courteously introduced themselves. Once I let them came in, they laid down their carpet to make sure our floor would not get dirty. They worked continuously on installing the new air condition unit. Once they're done, the lead man explained to me (since my hubby was not home at that time) what they did. They brought the old air conditioning with them and clean the mess before they left.

I feel like I won the lottery finding this company! We've used "expert" hyrdonic companies in the past, but they can't even hold a candle to level of knowledge, expertise and customer service we were treated to from AccuServ. From our initial call on a Sunday, when James actually answered the phone (how often do you call a company on the supposed "day of rest", and not only are they open, but the owner is taking calls?), to the install of a 50 gallon NTI indirect water tank along with the Navien NHB150 boiler by Aaron, Rahul... read more

Ashraf did a thorough job of inspecting our old furnace. After measuring high CO levels, he determined that the heat exchange unit was cracked and showed me using a mirror. He said,according to code, he had to shut down the furnace and strongly recommended we buy a new furnace. Although I was not happy about the shutdown, I appreciated that he had done his job in a courteous and professional manner. He may have saved our lives literally. Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service with AccuServe Team. Our furnace needed a new part and AccuServ came with the part and had it installed within the same day (actually from phone call to install it was a couple of hours)!
