Works for the bank – Their visit took less than 15 minutes which initially I thought it was good. However when I saw their report I figured they didn't consider several important factors of the property's value (i.e rooftop). Strangely, the appraised value matches exactly what the bank requires, which makes me doubt that this company puts any effort on doing the right job.
