Great service and very friendly.
I just called this place to have some welders tested that are in the area. I need to send them out of the country, and they were very rude. I specifically asked if they could test welders. Every response was very rude and he hung up after I said I will just email a weld procedure. Which will show the specifics. They can provide the PQR and WPQ and Lab results... Its not that hard. IF YOU CAN NOT TALK TO PEOPLE ON THE PHONE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY.
