I would recommend this office to everyone. The office is clean and visually appealing. They took me back a little before my appointment time as I arrived early. The doctor came to my room within minutes of being placed in it. Staff were friendly and efficient.
I would give a zero star review if possible. Waited about 10-15 minutes after checking in which I thought was normal. Got brought back and did all the pre doctor stuff. Went into to room and the assistant let me know the doctor was running a little behind and the front desk should have told me. Nope they sure didn’t. Waited an hour for Kyle Smith to see me in the room and he never appeared. One of the office workers came to check on me and was surprised to hear I hadn’t been seen yet. I walked out and will never be back.
They are so nice. Top score
Excellent eye clinic. The front desk, techs, and optician were fantastic. 10/10 recommend.
