Our AC unit gave out during a really hot week, and they came out the next day. They installed a new energy-efficient system within a few hours. I was worried about being upsold, but they actually recommended a mid-range option that fit our home size. Compared to another company that quoted way higher, this felt more reasonable. The technician explained how to maintain it properly, which I appreciated. Since the install, the house cools faster and more evenly. Honestly, I wish we had replaced the old unit sooner.

Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend Mohammed. He is one of the best HVAC technicians anywhere. Mohammed exceeded my expectations in every way. He is kind, easy to work with, dependable and provides excellent service.

On October 7, after more than a 2 hour delay, Mohammed arrived at my home to take a look at my HVAC to determine why the unit would turn on, but not cool the house. He concluded that my freon was low and that I also needed to clean out my condensate pump. He checked my levels and ran no other tests on my unit. He told me to contact him in the spring. On March 16th, I contacted him for Freon. On April 3rd, after almost missing the appointment, he checked for leaks and put freon into the system, which had been working properly... read more

Terrible experience honestly. Mohamed was nice enough, but didn't clean up after himself. It took me about an hour to clean up all the water and debris after he left.
