Friendly and knowledgeable. It's been a couple years since I needed a repair man but when I do, I call accurate service company.
Rude
John installed my brand new hvac system upside down. The whole system is now dead just 3 years later. When called out about it. He blamed the manufacturer and said thats how things are made these days. He offered no assistance or to take a look and see what the problem was. He just hurried me off the phone. Save your money and hire someone who knows what they're doing. Its a reason the service he provided me is not listed on his website. He bit off more than he could chew. I'm guessing for the money. Would give negative 10 stars if I could. After 2 months of back and forth with this company, my washer still leaks. Got my home warranty company to send out another company to fix my washer. The second company took one look at it and said my washer still leaks due to incompetence. Apparently the repairman for Accurate tried to fix my soap tray with electrical tape. The same repairman from accurate didn’t show up for half of the service calls. Needless to say the service was less than accurate. Run away….. far far away!
Thought the guy had a little attitude when we talked, so I check out this company before using. Glad I did. Most good reviews are from family and sum friends. Have a mutual friend so I asked and they said to check owner’s record plus told me about them asking friends and family for reviews. Not going to say bad or good but just to beware and check things out. Thank you .
