After Hurricane Ian in 2022, our prior filtration company became unresponsive despite the fact that we had experienced significant flooding and potential water contamination. We were lucky enough to find Duane at Accurate Water Filtration and Pump Service and have been customers since. Small company, very well run, very responsive and knowledgeable. Sadly, it is not often anymore when you get quality work and great customer service.at a very reasonable price. I had a well issue and Duane quickly responded. Within an hour my well was working flawlessly again. I don’t usually post but this is third time I had a well/plumbing issue. He was originally recommended by a neighbor whose opinion I respect. Duane was very professional and explained what he was recommending, and why, for our new water filtration system for our home. He provided a detailed estimate which agreed to the final bill and installation was smooth, quick, and caused minimal disruption for us.
